Michael founded AdJacket in 2000 as a direct result of identifying an unfulfilled need in his marketing services firm, RedHouse Interactive. RedHouse Interactive, Inc. was founded by Michael in 1972 and has operated successfully in the video production business since inception. Major clients include The Disney Company, Universal, AT&T and many advertising agencies across the U.S. Michael attended the U.S. Navy “A” school for electronics and the University of Maryland majoring in electrical engineering and computer programming.

Jeff brings 30 years of marketing services experience to the launch of AdJacket. Jeff spent most of his career in senior management positions at Einson Freeman Inc. during and after their sale to WPP Group in 1988. Einson grew to become the fourth largest sales promotion firm while Jeff was Einson’s Chairman & CEO. Recently Jeff was inducted into the Promotion Marketing Hall of Fame. He graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College and was a marketing major at the Tuck School of Business.

Oleg brings his considerable technical background to the development process used to create AdJacket’s working, web-based model. He manages a team of extremely talented programmers who have written the software product and currently isa in charge of all development. Oleg received his masters and PhD. from Western Michigan University. He also received a MS in Nuclear Physics Engineering from Tomsk Polytechnical prior to attending Western Michigan University.

Mr. Ames, Vice Chairman, of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice joined the Firm in 1987 after serving as Chairman and CEO of Reliance Electric Company, CEO of Acme Cleveland Corporation, and CEO and Chairman of The Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company. He is a Director of the Remington Arms Company, Inc., and serves as Chairman of Riverwood International Corporation and Schulte GmbH & Co. KG. He is also the co-author of
numerous books on management. He serves on the Board of Directors of Progressive Corporation and Lexmark International, Inc. He holds a PhB from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Michael H. Jordan is the retired Chairman and CEO of CBS Corporation (formerly Westinghouse Electric Corporation). Before joining Westinghouse, he was a partner with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, one of the oldest and most respected private investment firms in the world. Prior to that he spent 18 years with PepsiCo, Inc. During this time, he served in numerous senior executive positions, including CFO of PepsiCo, Inc. and President and CEO of PepsiCo WorldWide Foods. From 1964 to 1974, he was a consultant and principal with McKinsey & Company, he also serves on the Boards of Aetna Inc., Dell Computer Corporation, i2 Technologies, Inc., Screaming Media Inc., and WPP Group plc.

Doug began his career with General Electric Company in 1983. At GE he was engaged in strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions. He left GE in 1987 to join British executive, Sir Martin Sorrell (WPP Group) to execute the largest build-up of marketing services companies in the world. The most notable acquisitions were the takeover of two NYSE advertising agencies, J. Walter Thompson and Ogilvy & Mather. Doug left WPP Group in 1991 and acquired Retail Planning Associates becoming its CEO. Over the next 9 years, RPA grew an average of 15% compounded annually without acquisition.
